This piece was conceived based on an idea I sketched of a landscape that I wanted to reflect the feel of a Group of Seven inspired Canadian landscape. Reflecting a graphic and stylized approach to the natural elements.

Inukshuk, the figures of rock erected by the Inuit stand along Canada's most northern shores. They are pronounced In-OOK-Shook, which is an Inuit word meaning "in the image of man."
